Coach O'Rourke delivers an outstanding overview of how he teaches man coverage to his players starting with stance and alignment, and finishing with how defensive backs should react to the ball in the air. Coach O'Rourke explains the finer points of how he teaches press, off, and catch techniques to his players using a PowerPoint presentation as well as practice video examples of each technique.
In the press-man segment, special emphasis is placed on how important footwork is to defensive back play and why it's important to teach footwork before teaching the jam.
